RICHMOND, Va. (May 13, 2026) - The ECNL is thrilled to announce the launch of the ECNL Coach Development Diplomas, as an expansion to the ECNL Coaching Education Center. In addition to the ongoing annual education through Coaches' Voice, the ECNL Development Diploma program will provide coaches with deep, specialized content for ongoing coach education and development.
The first Diploma available for ECNL coaches focuses on Zone 1 and gives clubs a clear methodology for coaching young players at every stage of development. ECNL coaches will now have exclusive access to the Expert in Youth Football Diploma, developed by Coaches' Voice School and proven by coaches at Manchester City, LAFC, River Plate and national federations across the Americas. This Diploma has four units and 40 hours of materials for coaches, providing them with a framework for planning sessions and seasons with real structure and intent, and a deeper understanding of how young players learn, develop physically, and grow in their game.
