The ECNL heads to Virginia this weekend for the Pre-ECNL East Coast Cup (November 1-2). 45 girls teams and 59 boys teams from the Pre-ECNL U10-U12 age groups will be in action over the weekend competing in flights across all three age groups to be crowned Pre-ECNL East Coast Cup Champions.
The Pre-ECNL East Coast Cup is the third Pre-ECNL Cup this season, culminating with the first-ever Pre-ECNL Champions Cup in Provo, Utah in May. The Pre-ECNL Champions Cup will invite winners of the other Pre-ECNL Cups throughout the year, and other top teams, for a season-ending celebration of soccer.

Date: November 1-2, 2025
Location: River City Sportsplex | Midlothian, Virginia
Schedule: At each age group and each flight teams are divided into groups and will play a group play format. Flights with eight teams will have the two group winners play a final game to determine the Pre-ECNL East Coast Cup Champion, while flights with four or five teams will have the group winner named the champion.
On the girls side, 45 teams will compete in seven flights across three age groups, while on the boys side, 59 teams will compete in eight flights across three age groups.
U11-U12 teams will both play 9v9 games with 30 minute halves, while U10 teams will play 7v7 games with 25 minute halves.
